What about the kitchen?

We have a simple kitchen-related land and raw materials in our region.
Always searching for the right balance between flavor and taste. There may be caused by typical dishes of our area that traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

To whet your appetite, you start from the buffet: fresh seasonal vegetables, or cooked (gratin, sauté in a pan, steam); seafood mussels and clams in soup, mixed crostini, marinated anchovies and ... I will stop otherwise you will starve.

Then you can choose between two menus for a poem of a fish. Having a family changes for children are one of our priorities.
